1. Using the service

Elysium Bookings provides booking, account, and admin tools for beauty businesses and their clients. You agree to use the service lawfully and only for legitimate business or customer activity.

2. Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, keeping your information reasonably accurate, and making sure any staff or connected users use the service appropriately. Businesses are responsible for the data they enter and the policies they show to clients.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorised access.
  • Do not upload or share unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
  • Do not use Elysium to send spam, abuse customers, or process fraudulent bookings.

4. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Features may change, improve, or be removed over time as the platform evolves.

5. Pricing and billing

Public pricing plans are shown for transparency ahead of launch. If paid plans are used after launch, pricing and billing terms will be shown publicly or agreed with the business before charges begin. Taxes, payment provider fees, and billing mechanics may vary depending on the plan and integration used.

6. Intellectual property

The Elysium Bookings product, website content, branding, and software remain the property of the operator or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You keep ownership of your own business and client data, subject to the rights needed for us to run the service.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where there is misuse, non-payment, legal risk, or a need to protect the service or other users. You may also stop using the service at any time, subject to any active billing terms.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Elysium is provided on an as-available basis and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
